The wait is finally coming to an end. After more than a month since our unfortunate loss to KRU, NRG VALORANT will be back in action this Friday afternoon. We face off vs. Cloud9 for our VCT Americas Split 1 debut.
The new look roster is feeling very confident going into the split, with hopes of rebounding and making VCT Masters Toronto. Toronto holds a lot of significance for mada, who is from the area. It’s been his dream to play in front of a home crowd. This is likely the last time FNS, another Canadian, will get a chance to play in front of a Canadian crowd as well. The storylines are endless and the hype is building, tune in at 2:00 PM PST to catch all the action.
The NRG Rocket League squad is off to the UK to begin preparations for the RLCS Birmingham Major, coming in as the #1 seed from North America. The team will be bootcamping in the UK for a few days before making the short trip to Birmingham for the event. Our first match is vs. a familiar face, regional foe, Gen.G on March 27th at 7:00 AM PST. We’ll look to fight our way through the Swiss bracket for a chance to bring home NRG’s first Rocket League LAN win since the RLCS World Championship in December, 2019!
NRG will also have a physical presence at the event, a booth manned by NRG staff and our very own RLCS world champion, GarrettG. Swing by for a chance to meet the legend, pick up some NRG merch and see what other surprises we have in store.
