BACK TO BACK NA CHAMPS
NRG ROCKET LEAGUE
NRG Rocket League cannot be stopped! North America’s finest cruised through the 2nd Birmingham Open of the season without dropping a match. The closest series of the tourney was the grand finals, where Atomic, Beastmode and Daniel convincingly took care of The Ultimates with a map score of 4-2.
With two wins in two tourneys so far, NRG has already officially clinched an invite to the first LAN event of the season. The Birmingham Major takes place at the end of March at the bp pulse LIVE Venue where the squad will look to continue their red hot start to 2025.
Before we head out to Birmingham, there is one final Open tournament, where the boys will be looking to three-peat. Three spots are still up for grabs at the Birmingham Major, and NRG will be looking to play spoiler.
NRG CS QUALIFIES FOR LAN
NRG CS2
NRG CS2 has also been red hot! With a match win-streak currently at 8, NRG is really hitting its stride at the right time. In the past week, we’ve taken home two tournament wins, the CCT NA $10k tourney, and the IEM Dallas Closed Qualifier. Winning the Dallas qualifier has landed the team a coveted spot at the upcoming IEM Dallas $1M LAN in May! The team has also started its run through the BLAST Lisbon qualifier with an easy first round victory, and will look to punch their tickets to the grand finals today vs. M80.
The team that never sleeps will then take off to Stockholm next week to practice in Europe before NRG takes the stage for its first tier-1 LAN event since the Berlin Major in 2019 at ESL Pro League!
NRG CS is officially back and making waves!
