NRG Apex Legends Split 2 is about to come to an epic conclusion in Mannheim, Germany at the ALGS Playoffs! 40 qualified teams from 6 regions are all coming together to compete for a one-million-dollar prize pool! The NRG squad of Nocturnal, FunFPS, and Reptar have landed in Group A of the group stage, competing against some of the top teams from all over the world including FNATIC, NAVI, and Space Station Gaming.

4 YEARS OF NRG MUSTY

NRG Rocket League’s content powerhouse Musty is celebrating 4 years of NRG this week! Musty joined NRG back in 2020 before he had even earned his first million-subscriber YouTube plaque. It wasn’t long after, Musty became Rocket League’s very first YouTuber to hit 2 Million Subs. He has been the heart of NRG Rocket League content and at one point he became the official pro team substitute. In just the past two years, NRG and Musty have collaborated on massively successful large-scale partnerships with Hot Pockets, Energizer, Panda Express, and most recently a Carvana campaign that pulled over 33 million impressions and 2 million engagements!

Musty is the embodiment of NRG in that he doesn't take himself too seriously, but he takes success and hard work very seriously… We are stoked to see what the future holds for NRG and Musty as we head towards 2025. Check out the latest video featuring Musty and the entire NRG Rocket League team, filmed at the Spectrum Castle, where the crew collaborated with LA area gamers to Find the Hidden Gold.

The VALORANT CHAMPIONS TOUR concluded last week and the offseason is officially here. To keep our fans up-to-date with everything we are doing in the offseason, we started a new long form YouTube series called The NRG Offscript Podcast powered by Rockstar Energy. The show is hosted by our very own FNS and S0m, and in just the first 3 episodes we are amazing viewership, watch time, and fan engagement across the entire channel! The goal is to make this podcast the center of the NRG VALORANT fan universe where we will have the guys talk about the latest VALORANT news, talk about life and games, and even break high profile announcements and player signings.

NRG CS2 GRIND CONTINUES

This week NRG CS2 has settled into their Texas boot camp practicing and competing in the North American Closed Qualifiers for a chance to qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major in November. With a prize pool of 1.2 Million dollars every match counts, and every single team is competing to the best of their abilities. 

NRG came out of the gates hot when they beat both Akimbo and Elevate in a pair of swift victories. Nitro and the boys only needed one more win to move on to the next round of the RMR, but Nouns Esports squeaked out a narrow 2-1 upset victory. The dream was still alive heading into our fourth match of the qualifier against #1 seed Brazilian powerhouse, Legacy. Unfortunately, the NRG boys came up a little short and have been eliminated from the RMR, but all hope is not lost there are still many Counter Strike 2 qualifiers in the coming months and the team is just getting started.
